This page sets out which details reach us through the site, why we keep them and the few outside services involved. To arrange a visit, the booking form collects who you are (your name), how to reach you (a phone number and, if you wish, an email), where the job is (street, town, state and ZIP) and what you need (the service you pick and, if you wish, a few words about the problem). Photos, up to five, are welcome but never required. If you would rather not use the form at all, a call to (856) 606-0212 works just as well.

The form also asks, in two separate boxes, whether you agree to receive text messages about your request and whether you agree to receive marketing text messages, and any box you check travels with your request. Each is your own choice, and the section on text messages (SMS) below explains what each covers.

A submitted form also carries a little background, namely the address of this website, your IP address and your browser type. Those details tell us which website a request came from and help us filter spam. Text you start typing and then abandon stays in your browser.

If you reach this website from an online ad, the page address can include an ad click identifier (such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid). When you send a form, that identifier is sent with it so we can tell which ads bring requests. It does not identify you by name.

This website counts a few anonymous interactions, such as taps on the phone number, clicks on buttons and starting or sending a form, together with the page where they happen. Our website platform, LunOS, keeps these counts without cookies and without your name, phone number or email, and they are used only to understand which pages help visitors reach us.

Some pages of this website show a map from Google Maps, a service of Google LLC. The map loads from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. On this website the map loads only when you choose to open it.

Choices you make in the accessibility panel are kept in your own browser, in its local storage and in a cookie named lunos_a11y, so the next page remembers them. Neither holds anything except those choices. The cookie lasts up to a year unless you clear it, and like any cookie your browser sends it back to this site with each page it asks for. Form submissions reach us through LunOS, the website platform that hosts this site, which stores them for us. LunOS does not use them for its own purposes. Apart from that, your details stay with this business, except as described in the analytics section above. They are never sold, rented or swapped.

Our Google listing, map and reviews are hosted by Google. If you follow a link there, Google's privacy terms apply, and we have no say over them.

A request stays on file while it is relevant to the work and then in our routine business records. Nothing is held longer than that by design. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time, as described in the next section.
